1. Consulting and instructions for registration

Receive and advise students:

  • Personalization consulting: The consultant will receive personal information and learning needs of students through direct meetings or advice by phone/online.

  • Evaluate learning needs: Detailed analysis of current level, learning goals of students to advise appropriate course.

  • Provide in -depth information:

    • Introducing courses (including communication English courses, IELTS, TOEIC, grammar courses, pronunciation, etc.).

    • Information about effective teaching methods with interactive learning methods and supportive technologies support.

    • Provide information about facilities, modern learning equipment, and international learning environment.

    • Introducing a team of lecturers with international certificates and diverse teaching experience.

2. Enrollment

Sign up for the course:

  • Register online or directly at the center, provide personal information of students (full name, address, phone number, current English level).

  • Pay for seat holding fees: Parents or students pay a place to keep a place (if any) to confirm the participation of the course..

Review student qualifications:

  • Input test: Students will take a direct entrance test at the center or through the online form if students are far away.

    • Test evaluation of listening, speaking, reading, writing and grammar skills.

    • After the results, students will be ranked in accordance with the capacity and learning goals.

3.Complete records and admission confirmation

Confirmation of admission:

  • After evaluating the input test results, the enrollment department sends an official notice of admission.

  • Admission records: Parents and students complete the enrollment records, including:

    • ID card or parent passport (if necessary).

    • The student’s birth certificate (or notarized copy).

    • Other support documents if any.

Tuition payment:

  • Students choose the form of tuition payment (all, installments by period, or according to the special promotion program).

  • Parents receive payment receipts and official schedule.

4. Study schedule and teaching process  

Introducing classrooms:

  • Schedule: Provide detailed schedule for students, notify teachers, and learning materials.

  • Teaching method: clear introduction of interactive learning methods, combining theory and practice, using online learning support technology.

Learning process:

  • The courses will be organized according to basic to advanced levels, ensuring the capacity of each student.

  • Students can choose group classes or personal classes depending on their needs.

  • International and domestic lecturers with training certificates from prestigious organizations (Celta, Tesol, etc.) and experienced teaching.

5. Support and monitor learning process

Support students throughout the course:

  • Personal learning advice: Lecturers and consultants are always ready to assist students on learning issues.

  • Online teaching assistant: Provides online teaching assistant sessions via zoom or online learning platforms.

  • Extracurricular activities: Activities to improve practical skills such as school trips, seminars, foreign language exchanges, help students apply English to practice.

Monitor and evaluate the learning process:

  • Progress report: Parents receive periodic learning reports (monthly or by semester), help monitor the progress of students.

  • Periodic tests: Periodic exams (monthly, final course) to evaluate students’ progress and improve weak skills.

  • Adjust the curriculum: Based on the test results and feedback of students and lecturers adjust the appropriate curriculum.
